David Brake
Originally from Denver, David completed his education at New York University where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in English. He has worked in artist development, management and marketing.
Along with consulting independent artists and producers to launch rollout campaigns, leverage deals and construct creative and unique brands, David has also worked for Los Angeles-based label POW Recordings and MVW Productions where he ran press outreach, digital marketing and assisted with A&R.
Brake has also served as a music journalist and critic with hundreds of bylines. He has written interviews, reviews and news in a number of publications including i-D Magazine, Document Journal, Okayplayer, HipHopDX and more.
